I've only just started using the Big Yellow Self Storage in Swindon, but I would certainly recommend it. I was instantly impressed with their professionalism. And all the staff are friendly and helpful. They take the trouble to ensure the details important to you are taken care of.
I can only say how pleasantly surprised I was by the total experience of using 'The Big Yellow'! The staff were not only friendly but also extremely professional and well prepared. The 8 week half price discount was the clincher, what a fantastic deal! The fact that I could access my things at almost any time was also very comforting because you can guarantee, somewhere in those boxes is your passport or something else of great value that you forgot was in there!

The Swindon store employs a great team of staff, professional, warm, helpful and knowledgable about their jobs and about moving/storage in general, providing lots of hints and tips. The store is clean, tidy and access is simple but secure. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

The whole process was excellant from booking up online to going into the Swindon Depot. The online procedure is very clear and easy to use.The Staff in the Swindon Depot are very friendly and helpful.The building and facilities are first class and the rooms clean and very secure.I would recommended anybody thinking of using a storage facility not to hesitate and use BIG yellow .
