I found the service at the Swindon Branch very efficient and very helpful. The staff are always available to help. Good customer service, which is a rarety these days. Good customer service goes a long way and it cost nothing to be polite.

I wanted to store house contents whilst waiting for my new house to come free. Big Yellow performs that function perfectly.

Used store because it's close by. Easy to use with the extended hours. Friendly staff who explain things well. Like the security. Costs reasonable for first 8 weeks but like most storage firms, gets expensive after unless you switch which is hassle but costs for me are most important.

The service provided by Big Yellow both during the telecon booking, and when we arrived on site was excellent. Having not used storage before they offered practical advice on room sizes, packing (well worth using their boxes) and did a call check to confirm all ok prior to our arrival. When we got there we had a time pressure for teh van return and found the registration to be quick and easy and the facilities very amenable. All in all very happy with the service provided. I would recommend Big Yellow for storage in Swindon and the 8 weeks 1/2 payment rate makes it very cost effective. All good. John K

i have been storing my stuff at your swindon branch for over 3 years now and feel that its safe in your care acess is brillient but you pay a price for that!

Never used before. We were very impressed by all aspects of the store and staff at the Swindon branch. We would certainly use again and recommend it to others.

We are regularly recommending Yellow Storage to our family and friends. It really helped us with our storage problems when trying to sell our house. We used our own boxes, however, these could have been purchased , from Yellow Storage and that would have made the storage experience even better as their sizes were practical and would have packed more easily into the unit. We were particularly struck by the general atmoshere of the building. 1. Friendly staff were readily on hand to answer any questions and advise as necessary. 2. The building was comfortably heated and this was in contrast with another storage company that we had previously considered. It is surprising how important this was to us! 3. Because we did not feel cold, we felt relaxed as we worked and this meant the packing could be done more efficiently because we did not feel in such a hurry to get out. 4. Security was reassuring and we felt quite safe when we visited within opening times or after hours. The corridors were well lit and the canned music helped to make them seem less intimidating. 5. The cost, including insurance, was very reasonable. 6. The location was extremely convenient for us as it was only a couple of miles away with easy access from all local areas and not far from major roads and the M4 motorway. We would not hesitate to go to Yellow Storage for any future storage needs.
