Very good process overall. Easy to book online. Followed up shortly thereafter by a courtesy phone call to make sure everything was clear. Finally, during the check in day Nick did a fantastic job of explaining the site, access procedures and contractual requirements in a very clear and friendly way.

The Manager, called me and was very reassuring, he told me how it works and from the information I gave him regarding size of property he booked me in to suitable size Unit, which turned out to be perfect for all my furniture.
