Started off online and got a call from the Store, she offered a price match on a cheaper unit I had found as well as passed on the hire van discount code. Very helpful team at Tolworth! Went down and bought some boxes as well with the 25% discount I received on booking my unit.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The check in process was smooth and quick. I was given very clear instructions to get into my unit. The unit and corridors were clean and well lit. All in all a very good service - with one exception- there are not enjoying trolleys available (big and small).
