Excellent, efficient, friendly, open and honest. Very clean and made it an easier process.

I initially spoke to Julia (from your Byfleet store) whom provided me with a 50% discount off the first 8 weeks because I am a new customer. Brilliant! On the day of moving my property into the unit, I was made to feel very welcomed by Claudia whilst I completed the paperwork (she made me a lovely cup of coffee!). The whole process has been stress-free, which is exactly what I needed due to my personal circumstances. A big, Big thank you to Julia and Claudia; Big Yellow would be Little Yellow without you!!

Very good customer service. Easy and trouble free transaction

All dealt with well, easy to check in on line. Would be useful to have a bit more guidance on the valuation of items for insurance e.g. not the value they are worth but to replace new Claudia was great on check in, really helpful and explained everything clearly. Have used Big Yellow in Tolworth before and never been given the detail that was relevant or service like that before.

Claudia and Craig were able to answer all my questions regarfi g moving. Claudias instriction were very clesr and easy to use.
