Gave me a very good rate. Billing seems to be straightforward. Shurgard we’re mesing me around and confusing me with numbers - lost trust in them.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The check in process was smooth and quick. I was given very clear instructions to get into my unit. The unit and corridors were clean and well lit. All in all a very good service - with one exception- there are not enjoying trolleys available (big and small).
