Excellent customer service

Smooth intake process, good staff. Even offered a cup of tea/coffee when we arrived. It's those little things that turn you from a customer, to a happy customer.

I was dealing with Carl and he was very good at what he does and also offered Coffee while I was going though the details and also showed me several different rooms. Carl also introduced me to lee, the manager. That and along with the location this is what I wanted

Very friendly and helpful staff. Answered all my questions and gave a competitive price. Facilities were clean and tidy and plenty of available parking.

A really straight forward process from start to finish. After I had looked for different quotes online I was actually just going to give storage a miss as it wasn't for anything crucial but I got a phone call from Carl who was amazing and changed my mind. Not only did he get me a really good price but I came off the phone and told my partner what a lovely person I'd spoken to, and how genuine he seemed. Was checked in by Lee and again he also seemed genuinely happy to help, nothing was too much with either of them
