Fantastic service, the ladies that were on the desk were very friendly and and very helpful( they deserve a pay rise.. lol) I would be more than to use ur service again.

Julie rang me first thing on the morning after my enquiry and explained in storage process in great detail. We then looked around the unit with Jo who has helped us with the process since. Both are extremely down to earth, welcoming and ready to assist/answer any question no matter how silly. There demeanour has really helped to ease some of the stress from having to move. It has made us feel safe leaving our items with you.

The process was explained fully and managed so easily by Jo.

Excellent. I got a follow up call from Terry who gave great information. Julie handled my first direct contact brilliantly.

Julie and Jo secured a room for me in the early stages of my move, this gave me peace of mind. Jo over came the problem that my house content would not have fitted in the room that I had booked. She found me 2 other rooms that did. It was no problem and it was no big deal to sort out. Made the whole process easy. (Thanks for the great coffee during the unloading of a very big lorry) Thanks girls

The team in the Torquay office have been very good from the start. Their has been no pressure to sign up with them which is nice. They make you feel wonted and nothing is to much trouble. We found Julie and Jo who we mainly dealt with exceptional. Keep up the good work.
