Excellent staff, but I don't like the way you quote high prices initially and then reduce the prices significantly to match the pricing of your competitors. Just quote your best price in the first instance.

Would have done paperwork before while removal men were still loading if I realised how long the paperwork would take.It cost me £50 in waiting time.

Fast response and process easy enough. Team very good. I think the website should make it much clearer before fully registering regarding inventory. By the time you get to registering you have pretty much packed ... too late to get an inventory!
