Very professionally handled from start to finish from Nick on the day as well as both him and Alex prior to the day we arrived. Also appreciated the reminders and checking-in prior to arrival.

I thought the staff were keen to help and ensured I had all the information I required. My initial estimate of the unit size needed to be increased to 75 sq so this was easy to re arrange and fortunately there was one available. I specifically liked the trolleys which helped me move my furniture at ease and into the lift. There was only one lift working but luckily it wasn't too busy.
