Everything was explained very clearly

I had been talking to a store on the telephone and said i would be with them in the morning to have a look at the size of their storage rooms. I parked and my son started to unload and went into the office and said, are you Nigel? No says the very nice young man, have you booked with someone? no, says I I just wanted to have a look. the young man was very up front and said I think you have come to the wrong place, however we can look after you just as well and proceeded to do so. He didn't gave me a choice, but it went so well that I decided to stay with him. Nick made it very easy, was completely up front, and I thought it was good value for money. Very much easier than other stores I have used in the past in different parts of the country. Well done Nick. I will be down later this week with some more boxes.

Both Alex and Nick are always a pleasure to deal with, and they made the whole process so easy! Everything was explained in detail, from the initial enquiry with quick follow up calls and emails and then the check-in!

I have dealt with both Nick & Alex and have been really pleased with my experience. Both are very professional and helpful and have been on hand to answer any questions that I have. Nick spent a long time with us, showing us around abc making sure we had a room that we were happy with.
