All staff very helpful

Very impressed with the staff and how friendly and helpful they all were. My first tine hiring storage space and found the whole process very easy.

All very well handled - only advice would be regarding padlock. We were told a lock measuring 12mm would be ok...we brought a lock in that was more than 12mm and told it wasn't strong enough. Maybe be a bit clearer when explaining which locks are suitable.
