All very well handled - only advice would be regarding padlock. We were told a lock measuring 12mm would be ok...we brought a lock in that was more than 12mm and told it wasn't strong enough. Maybe be a bit clearer when explaining which locks are suitable.

Alex contacted me immediately after I made the booking and everything was explained fully and couldn't have been easier. I used Big Yellow 2 years ago and was already familiar with the procedure (when Nick had explained everything and was also very professional).
