Everyone was very helpful and went over everything well. I was very please with everyone that was dealing with me.

Initial enquiry was handled extremely promptly. I have used this particular Big Yellow before and found everything clearly and professionally explained.

Had been speaking to Hannah, very informative, helpful, no question was to silly. Very good on the day of moving, helped me chose the correct size to fit my things. Perfect service.

Instructions were clear paperwork explained and relevant costs, safety, getting in and out of storage area all covered.

Hannah at Tunbridge Wells Big Yellow was very professional & answered all our questions with out hesitation, she was friendly & nothing was too much trouble, even when I could not work out just what size I needed she spent time helping me , also she explained everything which made it easy to understand she is a credit to Big Yellow
