Nick was extremely helpful, he explained everything plainly, did not rush through things. Made me feel important.( the cup of coffee was just how I like it made, thank you Alex) A very good team all round, would definitely recommend them.
Initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently. I was shown the measurements on the floor as well as being shown the room itself. I was given a breakdown of the price and what would happen next. The process for booking and then moving in to the unit was explained very well and I understood everything that was being said. The moving in day was easy and trouble free.
The initial enquiry was responded to very quickly and I was then contacted directly by telephone and after explaining the different options available your representative then listened patiently to my situation and immediately answered each separate question I had clearly. This assisted me to make an early booking easily.
