Hired the unit before so new the process

My enquiry was handled by Hannah. She explained the service on offer and discussed with me my requirements. She showed me the spaces available and advised on the space I should take. she explained about Insurance, terms and conditions and payment details. She discussed with me the the options of moving in dates. She advised me to complete the booking details on line in advance of the moving in day as it would save so much time.

Was guided by Nick, he was very courteous and efficient to explain everything from safety to comfort to someone who was new to this.

very convenient, Alex called me back straight away and continued with courtesy call shortly before check in.
