Most things I could do online, excellent service from the representative and all was well explained.

Excellent service and facilities

Very good service every time I rang - friendly and helpful. When I arrived to start moving my possessions in, the process was handles quickly and efficiently. Everything worked very smoothly and facilities are good. I have dealt with Matt, Seb and one other member of staff, all of whom provided excellent service.

The dude was nice and explaitme everything i need to know. Also it offered the discount.

The staff in Edinburgh offer excellent customer service. They were helpful right from the word go, I cannot compliment them enough. The process of setting everything up and closing the units was all very easy.

Excellent customer service by the Manager - Seb. Really pro-active and explained everything really well.

Seb and Alex were both exceptionally helpful and even made us a cup of tea (very welcome) whilst we were doing the paperwork. Both very friendly, efficient and great to deal with.
