She also made it easy for us to be able to contact her if we needed further help. At Twickenham Depot, our check in was handled by Kurt who was equally friendly and efficient. He was able to answer all our questions, helped us to make our move stress free and smooth. He was patient and even tempered despite the fact that we had a lot of questions and needed reminding about some of the information!!! Thank you both for making a stressful situation (moving out of our house temporarily) relatively stress and trouble free.
