Great customer service. I liked the call by one of your sales staff and the fact she down sold me to a smaller room. The guy (Kurt?) who welcomed me when Brought the stuff not store was tremendously helpful.

Kirk was excellent there was a problem with my insurance which he advised me on and it was sorted out. He was professional,patient and knowledgeable.Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent service

Kurt and Dili were very helpful and provided a first class service.

Daniel was extremely helpful with my initial enquiry. Dulith was also extremely helpful when I went back to book a storage space and spent time showing me what to do and where to go. Both Daniel and Dulith were polite, considerate and showed a good understanding of what Big Yellow had to offer and what would suit my requirements best.

Immediate and attentive, friendly service. Everything about the process was explained to me beforehand.

After having dealt with access storage next door I found the guys here to be much more professional, presentable and polite. Don was helpful and signing up was easy. I was also offered a cup of tea which was a nice touch.

I did online inquiring and minutes later I received call from Dulith he was exceptionally good And helpful all the way trough he made my stress to go away, as a team all of them are helpful
