I am disappointed with the price when I asked to get a bigger sq.ft. than the one I reserved at the beginning. I felt like I have been catched and obliged to pay higher price. However, I am very satisfied with the Rapid Removals company recommended by the Big Yellow.

Great customer service. I liked the call by one of your sales staff and the fact she down sold me to a smaller room. The guy (Kurt?) who welcomed me when Brought the stuff not store was tremendously helpful.
Kirk was excellent there was a problem with my insurance which he advised me on and it was sorted out. He was professional,patient and knowledgeable.Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent service
