Very Well. Ali, the guy in the Twickenham office was professional, knowledgable and friendly.

Excellent - I had a call from the customer service team who explained the whole process and the additional things to consider such as insurance.

The website was confusing when booking initially hence the rating above however subsequent to that and the dealings with Rebecca and Daniel at Twickenham were nothing short of perfect...…….. Thank you Peter Davidson

I booked online which speeded the process up. The man who dealt with my booking in was so friendly and helpful. It must be very dull explaining the same thing to people all day but he did so as though I was the first person he had done this with and made what was a very stressful day (my house move had fallen through) so much easier. I am very grateful - and recommended you to a colleague today
