I found the website informative and helpful, leaving few initial questions unanswered. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient when I went in to complete the paperwork and I was impressed with the cleanliness and security of the building

Paula is amazing and so helpful. She immediately made me feel at ease, is a consummate professional and has a higly personable manner. It was wonderful to have an actual person help me not a machine.

I was taken through the process logically by James the weekend duty manager who also showed me rooms. Very easy and thorough.

The enquiry was very easy online was very useful and nice to get a text with the quote. Paula in Wandsworth called me morning of to ask if I needed any more info and when I would be moving in and was very nice. Shane in store was very friendly and helpful and advised me on size of my storage and helped me get the best deal possible which was very nice and somewhat surprising, definitely a step above from Safestore down the road. Overall a very positive customer experience. Moving stuff into storage is never fun and always a bit stressful but the team made it much easier

It was a super easy, especially thanks to Alfie and Shane which made the move in day extremely comfortable and stress free.
