All very good all round, my fist interaction was Live Chat and was really helpful and I booked it When i went to see the unit the team were really great and let me know that before i move all of my stuff in that i could take a look with the movers, and move if necessary - this was really helpful as this is what happened! Lauren was an absolute legend: she explained everything perfectly, was very friendly and helpful, showed me different storage rooms and as a result, I got the perfect room size for my need, at a very reasonable price. Lauren told me Sylwia, who would be here on the day I move all my stuff to the storage was lovely - and she didn't lie! Sylwia was absolutely adorable, and very helpful.
