Everything fantastic

The whole process from initial enquiry to moving was handled very well, thanks to the local Wandsworth site team contacting me to refine my general requirements and offer me competitive options versus local competitors. Alfie and Tim especially were very helpful.

Initial enquiry - very good. I called the local branch to get them to confirm an email I received getting a reduced price and they were very accommodating and explained the process in full.

Perfect

I was being moved from Battersea Yellow storage to Garrett Lane Yellow storage, due to the closure of Battersea branch. So it was all done by BYS for us. It was done brilliantly. No trouble to us. And Alfi at Garrett lane was very helpful.

We was welcomed into the store by Alfie who gave us the prices and answers all the questions we had in regards to renting a storage space.
