Mark stayed beyond his working hours to ensure I was set up and happy with the unit. He was very friendly and offered a deal (buy three dust sheets for a discount on extended hours). Great!

Not being able to confirm a contract online or over the phone was a problem. Also, not being able to pick up items outside of office hours easily was a MAJOR problem.

Easy to find, park, staff was very helpful, though being towards of the end on a Sunday the person didn't take me to my unit to show it and when to put my code when getting out wasn't too clear. Everything else was good, the place is very clean and moving things from the van to the storage unit was easy.

The customer service and friendliness of all staff was fantastic. Troy was thorough, professional, friendly and really helpful.
