The employee that responded to my initial enquiry was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions successfully and helped me find the best deal for me.
The Wandsworth team were very good at listening to my requirements and finding a good deal for me. Booking and move was explained reasonably well. It would have been good to continue the inventory online after my checking in at the store as until my stuff was packed, I had no idea of the quantity of boxes involved.
Generally good. I was looking for one Big Yellow and ended up at another one due to a) space and b) it being cheaper. Your first store advised on this.

The staff at your Wandsworth branch were extremely friendly and helpful. They made a what I had thought would be stressful day extremely easy. I can't remember their names but I checked in just after 9am on Sat 22nd Sept. I also have peace of mind that my belongings will be safe.
