I was very impressed by the service given by the Wandsworth Garratt Lane branch, from the phone calls to follow up our online request for a quote, to excellent service on check in and moving in. Troy and Joe were very helpful and friendly and they helped make house moving less stressful than it often is. You have 2 excellent employees there. Its was also good to be speaking from the start to someone who worked at the branch we were interested in, rather than to a central call centre (though when I spoke to the central call centre around the final quote, they were also very helpful).

Pleasant, helpful, friendly customer service from both the manager and reception staff. Easy access to the facility, rental room and reasonable value for the money charged.

The location is easy to find and access. The storage is clean and well-maintained. There is good facilities (trollies, lifts, etc) to unload/load and access storage. Good introductory rates. The manager who checked me in to Wandsworth storage, Joe, was fantastic.
