Easy online and reservation process. Very professional, polite, cheerful and helpful personal approach when dealing with Jo at the Wandsworth store.
The initial recruitment and online material was very good & helpful. However, on the day I first moved in the reception was unmanned for over 30 mins meaning we had to wait until your employee returned from their lunch break; this was due to insufficient cover on that Saturday. This nearly resulted in me going to the competition - poor start.
I called Big Yellow and the service was brilliant over the phone, helped with pricing matching and the. Walking into the warehouse the service at the desk was also excellent. The lady showed us around and explained everything. The whole experience was professional, easy and pleasant. Happy customer. Thank you

I was very impressed by the service given by the Wandsworth Garratt Lane branch, from the phone calls to follow up our online request for a quote, to excellent service on check in and moving in. Troy and Joe were very helpful and friendly and they helped make house moving less stressful than it often is. You have 2 excellent employees there. Its was also good to be speaking from the start to someone who worked at the branch we were interested in, rather than to a central call centre (though when I spoke to the central call centre around the final quote, they were also very helpful).
