BYS covers all the bases before you arrive and the staff are really helpful and friendly. You wouldn't think they worked for a big corporate organisation. I will certainly use them again!

As this was my first time using self-storage I was a little concerned about what to expect - but the whole process (on-line booking, courtesy call to confirm check in, actual check in and move in) was really simple. Staff were very helpful and friendly (well, receptionist took a little time to warm up). I feel confident that my possessions are securely stored in a unit which will be a breeze to revisit.

Not having used self storage before, I was really impressed how professionally it is run, how secure the facilities are and how much effort the manager went to in sorting us out.
It took ages to fill in the forms because you require contact details for two people other than myself. I find this unnecessary and difficult to arrange without bothering my friends.

i found the staff really helpful and responsive and the storage facilities are at the bottom of my road so really convenient for me. The room suits my needs perfectly and i was advized of the sizes but also i was actually shown the rooms so had a good idea of what the actual room looked like. I would definately recommend this service and company to a friend.
