The lovely receptionist (apologies I can't remember her name but it was 4pm on Tues 22/12/20) was extremely helpful and made the process stress free.

She went the extra mile by contacting me after my enquiry and I'm glad she did as when you're in the middle of a move, I found it extremely helpful, that I didn't have to do the chasing, but that I was contacted in a timely manner on the day - which made it so much easier and done always with a smile, very professional and knowledgeable.
