I received exceptional customer service from Victoria, who made an effort to inform me of how everything would operate and make things run smoothly for me, which took off the stress and one less thing to worry about. She went the extra mile by contacting me after my enquiry and I'm glad she did as when you're in the middle of a move, I found it extremely helpful, that I didn't have to do the chasing, but that I was contacted in a timely manner on the day - which made it so much easier and done always with a smile, very professional and knowledgeable.
