Excellent all round service. Especially when dealing with the staff at the Watford branch during the initial signing up. They made everything very clear and easy to it understand.

There were regular emails ahead of my checking in and was able to email the branch is I had any questions.

All the staff that I dealt with throughout was very help. I had follow-up calls which was very useful.

I received good support and advice when making the initial enquiry. I was even offered a price match for my insurance by Hannah. I received followup calls prior to moving in which was helpful. The team were also supportive in terms of allowing me to pay in two blocks of four week payments. On the day of moving in the member of staff was very helpful and patient. I was unsure about the size of the storage space but she was very reassuring. It was nice to see the gloves and sanitizing resources available for customers. I felt it was overall a really good service.
