Great Manager at Watford. Strongly recommend

Excellent communication and infomation.

All the staff that I dealt with throughout was very help. I had follow-up calls which was very useful.

I received good support and advice when making the initial enquiry. I was even offered a price match for my insurance by Hannah. I received followup calls prior to moving in which was helpful. The team were also supportive in terms of allowing me to pay in two blocks of four week payments. On the day of moving in the member of staff was very helpful and patient. I was unsure about the size of the storage space but she was very reassuring. It was nice to see the gloves and sanitizing resources available for customers. I felt it was overall a really good service.

Initially I signed up accidentally with another branch on Quill Street and asked to be transferred to Watford unit. Quill Street did not at the time go into the full break down of the charges that it would be a monthly figure instead of the weekly figure that I was led to believe as that was period booked and I was prepared to pay however when I interacted with Victoria she apologised for the information not being given over correctly and explained everything in detail.

The staff was very helpful when I needed to make changes to my reservation. They also put me into contact with a moving company to help with my move.

Victoria was brilliant throughout from the emails to face to face explained everything and made this situation so easy. Was extremely helpful. Really grateful to have someone like her helping in a stressful situation

good website. nice price. a different storage co. phoned me up as a follow up unlike you but your price was much better
