The chap at the Big Yellow Watford, Mark, was very helpful. That started before I even arrived, but when I did get there he stayed late to show me a number of room options, explain everything to a novice and get me settled in. Facilities were spot on too, so nothing really I can fault at all.
Generally very efficient and well organised, but it did take quite a long time (20mins or so) to actually 'check in' on first day, even though I'd done as much as possible online and in advance.

Akos @ the Watford branch greeted us after a hellishly long day moving house. Not only did he help find us the right spot which was beyond and above the call of duty, he completely understood we were on a tight time scale. He delivered a great service and is a credit to the business.
