Staff at the venue were lovely and professional. All the information given over the phone was accurate on pricing, insurance and padlock. Very quick at responding to queries would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

The lady i initially felt with on the phone was really good. When I arrived at the storage unit the staff where really accedating. A lady called Tina was amazing, offered me tea and hurried my request along because she could see I had a small baby.

Staff friendly, efficient and very helpful. Check-in procedure smooth and simple. Storage facility perfect.

Customer service was excellent as were options generally. soft sell which I prefer .

The staff are really helpful when trying to decide on what size room I needed. The online check in was so easy. First day when I went to reception the lady was so helpful and informative.

The staff at your Watford branch were friendly and helpful and the storage facilities were great. It is useful to be able to pay extra for the out of hours facility.

Good pricing and discount given to me. Akos with the initial conversation and Mark was very helpful during the booking and also when it came to actually storing the items he gave us a hand which was extremely helpful given the issues I had encountered earlier in the day!
