Learna was friendly, helpful, and all this came with a lovely smile. Her knowledge and explanation was clear and dealt with professionally. I have used you before but she was very good.

Victoria wS extremely helpful

It was a bit chaotic at the parking area where huge trucks and vans with loading and unloading. The parking area is limited and these trucks were blocking the entrance and exit. Perhaps these big trucks should be asked to come when there is low traffic.

From speaking to Mark on the phone prior to going to the Watford branch to Victoria showing me the various sized storage rooms, and creating my account, they were both extremely helpful and friendly.
