Helpful and friendly staff got us moved in very quickly. The only negative comment would be the time it took to go through the various paperwork for first usage, even after having completed most if not all the online questions, although even then your staff progressed through the necessary paperwork at a good speed. There were also cheaper options available, but we were happy with the price we paid given the service we recieved.

Staff helpful when available. Seemed very short staffed at the time of my visit. The front doors were locked when I arrived as there was only 1 member of staff on duty

The guy that helped us was extremely helpful and gave us as much information as possible about the deals, insurance etc

Only issue was that there weren't enough large trolleys on move in day, which made moving large things quite challenging.

We had booked a room that was actually too small and the man was so helpful and talked us thoroughly through our options and was really patient as we have never done this before.

Modern, on-line info. input a good idea to save time, efficient staff, clean premises and alarmed! Great! Clean floors so that there is no grit - such a change from my last storage place, where you had goods lift with 2 doors to close by hand and grit on the floor which was never cleaned!
