Courteous and helpful customer service from the initial telephone contact until the finalisation of our business. Mark was extremely helpful and provided a clear explanation of the self storage business. I needed to sort out my storage situation quickly and he gave me all the help I needed to have my daughter's possessions stored within a few hrs from my initial enquiry.
