Staff are very friendly

I got a quote online. There was one follow up call but the guy wasn't pushy. I said I couldn't book as we were waiting for contracts to exchange on our house sale. I liked that there were no more calls (unlike other companies!) Easy to book when we were ready I arrived to check in with a migraine but the guy at the desk was kind and understanding.

I have never dealt with a storage facility before and did not know what to expect. The staff at the Watford depot were extremely helpful, informative and patient which I greatly appreciated.

Very pleased with both online and face-to-face experiences. Only slight downside was that no trollies were available when we'd finished registering at the desk, so had to wait about 10 mins before member of staff was available to provide access to a trolley.

The site was very busy when we checked in on Sunday - due to a charity collecting items to go to Syria - but the team at Big Yellow still managed to help us.
