The requirement to take out very expensive and totally unnecessary insurance when completing the registration process. The requirement for insurance is contained in the document but nowhere does it state that you have to bring documents from your own insurers. In addition if people choose not to insure it is there decision.

I was impressed by the whole process, from reception, access for vehicles all the way through to the ease of use of the lifts, removal trolleys etc. The reception staff were very professional.

Very good customer service

Great customer service from the first enquiry through to sign up and walk through of how to access the unit. Everything was simple and easy to understand, the offers on boxes were good and nice to have a discount when enquiring. The pricing was competitive, not quite as cheap as an alternative, but being just down the road from us and with great service we were happy to sign up. Love the late access too. I forget the name of the person I dealt with but she was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Young woman at the Croxley/Watford store with strawberry blond hair.
