Very friendly and accommodating staff, easy secure access, clean facilities.

There was no mention prior to booking in about the insurance, and I did not appreciate the hidden charge - this should be made clear when creating a reservation, I have since found a cheaper quote and expect a refund of my insurance taken out with Big Yellow.

The girl at the Watford branch was extremely helpful and friendly. It was so easy to move my stuff too. Thanks lee

It has been our first encounter with Yellow Box. Also it has been our first experience in sending a container abroad. We were not in control of events as events were controlling us. We were totally lost and destitute in expertise. But the staffs, all young men and women were heroes at our most vulnerable moment. They supported us, assisted us and were most patient with our failings. The experience was brutal but this brutality was neutralised by people like Sophie. She is a hero whose praise I can never stop lauding. She is a real star. Withou her I would have failed dismally in my project. Thank You. Doctor Ally Soodin.
