I moved our office storage from another company in town where cost was escalating at an alarming rate. I wish I did this years before. BIG YELLOW is a breath of fresh air in the storage industry.

Having moved our items into storage over the past 10 days we have found Big Yellow Watford to be very easy to use. The building is very secure and the whole process is well organised. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great just outside Watford and there was always a place to park up and fill the trolleys. Only downside is no access to storage in the evenings, unless you want to pay a fee.

It is all very straightforward. I checked in online, and then brought ID as requested. Was over very quickly.

I was extremely impressed with the whole service. The staff were very helpful and "user-friendly". They explained the procedures very clearly and were happy to answer questions, making the whole process straight forward and stress-free.

A reasonably good service as far as I can tell, quite secure. All told, not cheap, but the procedures are thorough. I would have liked out-of-hours access. The answer to "Would you store with us again?" is "Maybe". It depends on my options.

Staff were friendly and efficient which makes a lot of difference when you are stressed about moving house

I was shown round a variety of storage rooms and given excellent help and advice. The prices were very attractive. The out of hours facility is easy to use.

Being new to the self storage concept, I was some what apprehensive about the whole thing. The staff at the Watford branch could not have been more helpful and I could not fault their customer service.

I used the Watford storage. Inspite of checking in online to speed up the process, my checkin took almost an hour. I had movers waiting at the reception, who I was paying by the hour. The problem seems to be technical, where the system would not be able to print my contract. The room that was given to me had to be changed and i was allocated a room on the 3rd floor which increased my checkin time. Otherwise the pricing and customer service was good.
