I would like to compliment the staff who made the whole process of hiring a storage room so simple. Karen started the process well by price matching and beating the storage costs that I had. She was clear in her explanations. Moving in was also a smooth process. Sammie was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. Staff are extremely professional and customer care is a high priority, that is well executed. Thank you! My storage room is perfect for my current needs.

Karen was great I think the only down side is your pricing structure, which whilst ultimately very competitive, was not clear up front.

Each member of the West Norwood team have been very fast to respond to all my questions..plus they have all been very helpful and accommodating from point og enquiry to checking me in. Very impressed...
