Grace who checked me in and worked on the front desk was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s friendly, nice and helpful. She’s an absolute credit to your team and fantastic at her job. Can’t stress enough how easy she made it and how welcoming she was. Give her something nice.

Great customer experience, convenient, really easy access and really good facilities. Although it's a bit pricier than other storage places, the quality seems worth it from what we've seen so far.

Natalie who dealt with us explained everything perfectly. We was happy with the service and she made the whole process very easy for us.

Very helpful and friendly staff with reasonable rates. Always plenty of space to park and load and trollies always readily available (at Knights Hill branch).

Natalie the manager was amazing. She made me feel welcome and offered me a drink which most industry's fail to provide. Basically she has great interpersonal skills and made me feel extremely valued even whilst I was waiting to be seen as it was busy in store.
