Big Yellow helped alot as I was moving home and needed to down size. The staff are friendly and very helpful and made me and my family feel at ease.

Now a resident in S.Africa, I can fondly remember BY as the most helpful and memorable experience in moving from the UK to S.Africa! No predatory pricing tactics, honest, fun, practical and friendly service. In essence it does what is says in the Big Yellow box!!

I have used Big Yellow twice. Once on moving house and needed somewhere to keep everything while new house was renovated and again as an overflow for things that I want to keep but not necessarily use all the time. It has been very useful

Having used Big Yellow twice over the last two years I only have good things to say. Friendly and very helpful staff, good rates and easy access. I would recommend them happily to my friends.

I found Big Yellow to be quite expensive, but the staff at my branch in West Norwood to be extremely friendly and efficient. I found the discounts for introducing friends to be attractive and did result in me introducing at least one friend. It is easy to get lost when all the corridors look the same in a Sci Fi space station sort of way and I suggest a colour code, or painted lines on the floor to show the way out.

The storage facility is easy to gain access to and very simple to use. We have late access which is useful and you do feel secure when you're alone. The premises are always well lit and clean. I would definately use them again and highly recommend Big Yellow to anyone considering storage facilities.

One of the best things about Big Yellow Storage is the reassurance of knowing that your belongings are kept dry and safe. I've looked at plenty of other storage facilities that were damp or otherwise insecure. The only thing I would improve would be the quality of the sound system...

The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. All aspects of the contract were explained clearly. The enviroment is clean and gives a good impression. Parking at busy times is a bit of an issue but not if you pick your moment. The variety of storage rooms is very good and should accomodate most storage problems. I had no trouble obtainming a room adequate to my needs on both occasions I have used the store. Top marks.

Staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. However having to pay an additional cost for out of hours is not acceptable. The storage should be accessible 24 hours a day without having to pay costs in addition to the monthly rental fee
