This was my first time using self storage. The team helped and answered all questions from the very beginning and made the whole process easy. My only advice would be, go and physically see the storage space. What you imagine you're going to need compared to what you TRULY need differs enormously.

The staff were very helpful - moving house can be stressful but he booked me in while my removals company stored my furniture. I realised the space I had booked wasn't quite large enough but he was able to offer another larger space and offered advice about the best deal.
The store is in a convenient location for us and has good access options for what we required. It's not the cheapest company out there but it represents the best value when you consider security, flexibility, easy of access and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The flexibility of the units is also a bonus. We have a 60ft unit but will probably downsize in a few months which is no problem to arrange. Also there is a discount for paying 6 months in advance.
A really useful service especially when house moves don't quite happen when they were meant to! The store manager was very accommodating, especially as it was Good Friday. I liked the way he phoned once I had made a web enquiry and was very thorough in asking his questions and assessing the size of room we would need.
I took some things to store at the West Norwood site last weekend and was very impressed with the service I received from the staff there - extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The place was clean, well ordered and easy to navigate, and the two guys who were working that day went out of their way to make sure everything was clear and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend the West Norwood store to others.

Moving home and having to put possessions in storage is a stressful experience but the extremely helpful staff alleviated all the pressure for which I am grateful.
