Easy to access, friendly staff and exactly what it says on the hypothetical box.

Having never put items in storage before it's a shame we've carried goods with us over the years. It is so easy to arrange, simple to use, great value for money and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Whatever your requirements are they seem to be able to match. So quick, easy and simple. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for easy storage for any length of time.

Staff where extremely helpful in finding me the correct size and also with letting me know the store policy and options avaliable. I would defintely store here again!

The staff at this store gave exceptional service. They were helpful and extremely friendly on all my visits. When I left my unit, they allowed the removal men to clear my unit which saved me a lot of additional stress on the day I was moving house. Recommended Highly

Everything about my experience at YS was ok. the only slight complain is the access times: it does not stay open late with staff on site. The other comment is that if the value of the material you put in your storage is not much, it is really annoying to have to pay for insurance (it is currently compulsory). There should be an opt-in/opt-out option.

Good opening hours, always easy to dump off/ get out stuff.

I stored my possessions at the West Norwood location for 18 weeks and it was a problem free, easy experience. The staff were helpful, the security is good and necessary falcilities present. The introductory half price rate helped but with insurance added on to the storage space cost it proved to be a fairly expensive experience, but then no more expensive than any other of the storage facilities out there. It's just an unavoidably expensive thing to have to do. Just remember to enquire about and add your insurance costs to your space rent before you proceed. I would recommend Big Yellow.

I used Big Yellow for 2 weeks during a home move from Scotland to London. There was a special offer at the time which made it extremely cost effective. The site is clean and very secure. Being able to access the building out of hours was a great benefit, as I was only really free in the evenings. It was especially useful when my initial drive from Scotland took longer than expected, but I was able to unload at 1am.

After storing our stuff with Big Yellow Box for over a year we've already got my aunt and cousin using them too! So simple to use and you are completely in control of your things. The staff are very efficient and helped us greatly. The room was an excellent space. I felt very relaxed about my whole life being in the store while we went travelling. If we ever need to store again we'll come back!

The access to the space was easy and staff were very helpful. I had to use these facilities for a month and it all went smoothly, making sure that moving house wasn't as stressul as it could have been.
