This was the first time I had used a self-storage company - and it couldn't have been easier. The staff, particularly Hugh, were hugely friendly and helpful. I would really recommend Big Yellow to friends.

I wanted to praise the hard work of the Big Yellow Staff at the West Norwood branch. From the moment I made the first phone call, they have been nothing but polite, kind, helpful and reassuring that everything will be smooth running. We moved on Saturday and the process was so simple and effective. I have never heard anything about storage companies but I will be sure to pass on the message to all friends and family. The two women I have mostly dealt with at the West Norwood branch have been so helpful and brilliant to talk to. Thank you for being a fab company to deal with, making our lives a whole lot easier. I passed a similar message on to the directors of Big yellow, who were also very pleased and thankful for the praise. All in all, 10 out of 10 to a great company!!!
Never used storage before so very apprehensive beforehand. BUT staff at West Norwood were brillIant. so friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. They really know all about customer service and deserve highest praise. I wish other businesses were as impressive.
I have found the staff at west norwood more than happy to help with any needs at the storage units from moving in to down sizing when less space was needed.
Loved the way staff are friendly and helpful but not in your face like the "have a nice day" syndrome of some companies. I needed to change lockups and they made it easy and convenient. I tend to do all the schlepping to the lockup on my own and would prefer later opening hours, like after 6pm but hey, for the friendliness and convenience I shall put up with the working hour times for entry. Thot someone had left their radio on in their locker to find that they play the radio to make it "less spooky"when delivering to your lockup on your own. Brilliant
