I would like to highlight the treatment received in the warehouse by Dion/Kelly. They make the move stress less a problem. Dion is very funny and approachable, which makes things easy. I interacted shortly with Kelly but she seemed very helpful too. The only thing i find is a little bit expensive the monthly rate after the second month - 144 pounds. Also the website information confused me, letting me think i could pay by weeks. some customers need short and flexible term storage - Thank you!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially with all queries over the phone. However, was very disappointed as I had made a reservation over the phone to book a 15sq foot room weeks in advance. When I arrived at the centre to move my things in I was given a corner room with a beam right in the middle of the room. This reduced my storage space size significantly meaning I couldn't fit all my items (these would've fit providing this room didn't have the beam in). Due to all other rooms and lockers of that size being taken I had to take a much larger room. This was very disappointing as I had made my reservation long in advance and was told at the time they had many other rooms of the same size available. They didn't have any rooms of 15sq ft nor the size up available. I was given a much larger room than I needed which would not have been necessary had I not been given this poorly designed room. I am now paying for a room larger than I need even at a discounted rate which was the best the store could offer me, however, it is more than I anticipated spending on storage which I had arranged in advance.

I initially contact the Byfleet office and they were exceptionally helpful and chased me appropriately. Based on cost and practicalities I ended up going with Guildford Central which was booked through a central office, from that point the Guildford team have been exceptionally helpful and they made the day of moving into the storage unit exceptionally painless. In particular Dion and Layla.

The experience has been excellent. I have dealt with Dion and Kayla at the store and they were absolutely excellent. Friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. Dion even gave me a call the day before with some helpful tips. Really impressed with big yellow so far. Made the move easy!!

Spoke to Kelly on the phone and she was very professional
