Easy process, relatively cheap and very helpful staff

The ease of the whole experience was great. One staff member in particular - Samantha - was a godsend.

Samantha at Balham was really helpful and took her time to show me the different options and explain how everything worked. I was really impressed by the friendly customer service and it made me feel much more comfortable with my choice and spending the money on self storage. Everything at the Balham branch seems to run really smoothly and I didn't feel under pressure to pay for things I didn't need, just to get the right solution. Moving my stuff in was really straightforward and I have been really impressed by how clean and professional everything is.

Samantha was great! I received a courtesy call a day before to remind me to bring my ID. Samantha was very understanding of my situation and done everything she could to be accommodating.

Natalie was a great help - she took me through everything in the perfect amount of detail and answered any questions I had with ease. She could see I was in a rush so offered to open my unit for me while I started unloading, this was great customer service and I highly appreciated all her help. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
