Your staff . Nathalie in particular, showed patience and generosity ...and on a Friday night spending perhaps over an hour -to get us in. This has to be acknowledged However, I got locked out at 11 .00 pm, as i loaded items into our spaces -our rooms. You should put a sign in the elevators or in the atrium, warning people not to go past their time allowances, AND to always know what these are...I had not been told ...or rather, had notfully taken this in. A small sign in the elevator, would be reallly, realy useful. A security guard had to be dispatched..and please thank his company -because Mike was also very geneous and helped me to get everything actually done by aboyt 1.00am...so mission accomplished. One cannot say fairer than that.

Charles was great explaining the whole process to me as I had never used self storage before. He made the whole process pain free and made me feel at ease.
