Easy check in process and amazing and friendly customer service. Anthony called me twice to ensure that I was aware of every step and guide me through the process.

Extremely well run compared to other similar facilities (we’ve tried a lot). The staff are always really helpful and I trust Anthony implicitly. We’ve had various instances where we need his help moving rooms or changing details on our account and we always comment after any interaction as to how good the service he delivers is.

Anthony was great, thanks for everything thoroughly and quickly. Very appreciated. and very helpful polite as well.

Clear explanation of contract and how to use the storage. Friendly customer service and very quick to be served. Felt like I was very clear what I signing up for.

The whole experience was seamless! The atmosphere was calming, which was great for what was a stressful day. I loved the music! However the best part was Tez she was SO friendly and helpful, thank you so much!!
