I received a really helpful and informative phone call shortly after making my reservation. Nikki was extremely helpful when I went into the branch. Once she understood my needs she advised me on things to consider, things I might need and then showed me the size of the unit I had reserved, it became clear to me that I would need a larger unit. Nikki was also a great help to me detailing my items for my insurance.Throughout the time Nikki was very friendly and personable. I observed how the whole team were interacting with each other and other customers, everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. It was relaxed and gave the impression of a great place to work. A really nice experience all round.

Anthony Lai was helpful, considerate and funny! He delivered a quality service with a smile and ensured we had the best possible experience organising and moving into our storage space.
