Natalie was excellent and friendly

From the very first contact I had with Anthony I could tell he was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. When I came to the office to sign up he was courteous and professional, while my sister and I were guided through the process by the lovely Anthony, another staff member, Natalie made sure we were comfortable by offering us a beverage! Our overall experience was fantastic. The staff were brilliant ????????

All went very well and Anthony Lay at the reception was very helpful. He showed me different storage options which was great as I had to divert from my initial online booking.

Easy enough to book online, like that you can see all the prices of big yellow's near me. Visited the store on the day with all my stuff, they looked at it and suggested a considerably smaller room which is much cheaper - so great for me! Liked that the store has lots of trollys and machines to help move items from storage to vehicle.
