Staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish and Sammy made what was a rather stressful situation all the more better to deal with she was great!

The whole process was quite clear and I understood the process of booking and moving in.

Samii, Natalie and Lydia are possibly the best storage staff that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Lydia was responsive and helpful on the emails and Natalie/Samii were informative and engaging on site. As a storage trio, you couldn't ask for more!

The experience was absolutely incredible. Sami and Rebecca made it seamless from the beginning through to moving in. We had hiccups our side and they alleviated any pain despite it not being their fault, were SO helpful and incredibly friendly. It’s the best customer service we’ve had in years and they’re an asset to the business.

The process was great. I loved how most of the service was over the phone so it was easy to understand and the staff answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly.
