The website was easy to use and made it very easy to receive a quote and complete online check in. I spoke with Natalie from big yellow storage Balham multiple times on the phone, once to inquire about room dimensions and again to reschedule my check-in and she was very friendly and helpful, she also helped me with the move in process and was very helpful when I explained I was in a bit of a rush and walked me through check in and contract and move in quickly while also explaining everything very clearly.

Cannot say enough good things about the team in Balham. Chatty, friendly, efficient and professional, they make you feel like nothing is a hassle and they can't do enough for you. I've used the Balham store several times over the years and consistently find that the customer service is genuinely some of the best I've experienced anywhere. Thank you!
