The two women operating the front desk when I arrived were absolutely exceptional and friendly. Even in these incredibly uncertain times they explained everything clearly and made everything so easy.

My initial contact with Lydia was terrific she was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions quickly. On arrival at the storage depot Rebekah was a superstar. You have a great team at that Balham store, the attitude and customer care was excellent. Well done!
